Earl opened e3communications, a full-service public relations and public affairs agency, in January 2001. He provides public relations counsel to clients, particularly on media relations, and crisis and issues management matters. From serving as spokesperson for clients on crisis and related matters to conducting media training with c-suite executives, Earl has been able to provide these services as a result of working in public relations and communications fields for 37 years.

Phil Pantano

Phil Pantano has a proven background in providing clients with effective media relations, strategic communication, issues management, and crisis communication leadership. Over his more than 25-year career, he has served as a public relations consultant, in-house executive, and media spokesperson for clients from a wide variety of industries, including casino gaming, construction and manufacturing, legal, and healthcare, to name a few. The first employee of e3communications when the firm opened in 2001, Phil rejoined the agency in 2025 after operating his own successful public relations consulting practice, Pantano & Associates, for 15 years.

Prior to joining e3communications, Philip was a Data Analyst at IPRO a nonprofit healthcare organization that works with government agencies, providers and patients.
